Mr. Lavon Unique Richardson is a powerful voice for change and a guiding light for our youth. As a dedicated Youth Leadership Advocate, he empowers young people through his inspiring work with Juveniles Running 4 Office Inc. (J.R.4.O.)—a movement that transforms potential into purpose. Known for his impactful motto, “Real people do real things,” Mr. Richardson lives by example, showing that true leadership starts with action.

Guided by her mantra, “You’re not crazy for seeking therapy,” she strives to normalize mental-health support and create safe spaces for all who seek it.

Dr. Lisa Gladden, a proud Brooklyn native, holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Social Work, and a Doctorate in Social Work. As a clinician who believes deeply in the power of healing through words, she specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Dr. Gladden provides compassionate, unbiased care to individuals of all backgrounds, while maintaining a dedicated commitment to supporting the Black and Brown community—particularly men of color.

On Nov. 18th Ms. Gail Tubbs would be joining VOTBASE 750 Podcast to share life-time story of surviving Cancer and details on her amazing book.

Bruce Booker was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in the Brownsville section. He joined the NYC Transit Police Department in 1983. A founding member of "100 Blacks in Law Enforcement Who Care" and has participated in workshops like "What to Do When Stopped by the Police."
